Containerised Dive Station (Surface-Supplied Air)

Our containerised dive stations are designed to deliver safe, reliable, and fully compliant surface-supplied air diving operations for both inshore and offshore projects.
Built inside standard 20ft ISO containers, they integrate all critical systems — breathing air supply, dive control, communications, video, diver umbilicals, power distribution, safety & medical support — into a single, compact and mobile unit.

By combining IMCA-compliant design (D018/D023) with certifications from Lloyd’s Register, RINA, CCS, and ISO, our dive stations ensure fast mobilisation, high safety standards, and operational efficiency for demanding subsea projects worldwide.

About Me.

Container & Layout

  1. 20ft ISO container, anti-slip flooring, racks/storage, lashing points.

  2. Separate zones: Control room, Compressor/HP bank room, Stores/Workshop.

  3. HVAC, filtered ventilation, LED lighting, penetrations for hoses and cables.

Breathing Air Supply

  1. Main sources (N+1): 1× LP breathing-air compressors with aftercooler, auto drains, multi-stage filtration, CO/COâ‚‚/Oâ‚‚ monitoring and 3x banks 80m3 each.

  2. Backup source: x1 HP breathing-air compressors with 3x banks (50m3 each) with HP–LP regulator and priority valve for automatic switchover.

  3. Distribution manifold with relief valves, non-return valves, gauges, clear labeling.

  4. Air quality as per EN 12021 (certificates & logs).

  5. Sizing: ≥250–300 L/min per diver (2 divers + standby).

Dive Control Panel

  1. 3x separate diver lines (Diver 1, Diver 2, Standby), each with independent regulator & gauge.

  2. Pneumo system for each diver with calibrated depth gauges.

  3. Low- and high-pressure alarms, power loss alarm.

  4. Dive logging (manual + digital).

Communications & Video

  1. Hard-wired 2/4-wire comms with amplifier, headset, and recording.

  2. Optional helmet camera & lights.

  3. Video overlay (time, depth, diver name), DVR recording.

Umbilicals & Diver Equipment

  1. Umbilicals (air, pneumo, comms, strength member).

  2. Diver helmets/masks (e.g. Kirby Morgan).

  3. Bailout set per diver (200–300 bar cylinder + 1st stage + BOV/SPG).

  4. Harnesses, tools, thermal protection, optional hot-water unit.

Electrical & Power

  1. Distribution board with RCDs/MCBs, grounding, IP-rated enclosures.

  2. Shore/generator supply, UPS for panel, comms, video.

  3. Bonding and earthing throughout.

Safety, Medical & Firefightin

  1. 100% Oâ‚‚ kit (demand & constant flow).

  2. Trauma kit + AED.

  3. Emergency eyewash, spill kits.

  4. Fire detection & extinguishers (suitable for electrics).

  5. Gas testing kit (CO/COâ‚‚/Oâ‚‚, dew point, with calibration gases).

  6. Recommended: twin-lock DDC for decompression/first aid Oâ‚‚ (depending on project).

Documentation & Procedures

  1. IMCA D018 (Air Diving Ops) and IMCA D023 (Design Guidance) compliance.

  2. SOPs, ERP (Emergency Response Plan), DRA (Dive Risk Assessment).

  3. Logs for maintenance, calibration, air quality.

  4. Recognized certifications: Lloyd’s Register, RINA, CCS, ISO.

Tools & Spares

  1. Full helmet spares kit, O-rings, lubricants, clamps.

  2. Torque tools, multimeters, insulation testers, leak detectors.

  3. Calibration gases and test equipment.
